Miss Teaghan began dancing at the age of 4. She has trained at Sandra Grey, Beaumont Society School of Dance, and Flexpointe Studios where she is knowledgeable in Ballet, Jazz, Modern/Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop. She has trained up to the Intermediate levels in ADAPT Jazz and completed her grade 5 RAD ballet examination.

In 2018, Miss Teaghan began teaching at Flexpointe Studios Inc. where her passion for dancing and teaching was able to coincide. She is currently enrolled at the University of Alberta where she is studying her Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education. Miss Teaghan is glad to be part of the Flexpointe family where she can continue to learn and improve her knowledge of dancing.
